A sense of shock and dismay has gripped the town of Cetinje, Montenegro, following a tragic incident where a gunman fatally shot 12 people, including two children, before taking his own life. The shooting rampage occurred on Wednesday after a bar brawl, marking the second such incident in the town in the past three years.
The shooter, identified as a 45-year-old individual, targeted the bar owner, the bar owner's children, and his own family members. After the rampage, the attacker initially fled but was later located and surrounded by police. He ultimately died by suicide, shooting himself in the head.
