Rangers legend Andy Goram has revealed he has been diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Doctors have given the Ibrox icon about six months to live, the former goalkeeper said.

Goram knocked back chemotherapy after being warned the treatment would only give him an extra 12 weeks.

Now the 58-year-old has said he’ll put everything he has into battling the disease, saying: “I’ll fight like I’ve never fought before.”

Goram – nicknamed The Goalie – first started to feel ill around seven weeks ago.

Alison Hammond left fans stunned as she dazzled in one of the most glamorous celebrity hotspots in the world.

The ITV star was soaking up the atmosphere in Cannes this weekend, ahead of her appearance on This Morning today.

The mum-of-one shared a snap of her living her "best life" in the swanky French resort town.

Alison's trip came after she broke her silence on claims she is heading into the jungle again for ITV's I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here after she lost out on being crowned champion to Stacey Solomon in 2010.

The fruit contains high levels of micronutrients and antioxidants dubbed anthocyanins.

These give blueberries their namesake colour, but also protect them from radiation exposure and infections and could also stave off dementia.

Around 900,000 people are living with dementia in the UK and numbers are predicted to keep rising over the next 50 years.
