Molly-Mae Hague has revealed going to the gym sends “shivers down her spine” and gives her anxiety after taking a five-month break.
The former Love Island star, 22, admitted the very thought of stepping foot inside the gym gives her anxiety as she returned to her fitness routine.
She told her fans on Instagram: “Well somehow guys my gym anxiety came very much back. First time to the gym tonight in months...
“I just can’t keep a consistent relationship with it!!! I’m either completely in love with exercising it or the thought of it sends shivers down my spine!”
Detailing her workout, she continued: “I’m proud that I did my 20 min stepper tonight (I went to turn the machine off about 5 times but kept telling myself NO)
“I used to step everyday for 20 mins without fail, tonight was my first time in 5 months, I just know I need to do this for my mental/overall health!”
The influencer urged everyone to not put “pressure” on themselves as she insisted “small steps are still very much an achievement”.
Encouraging her followers to face their fears like her, she concluded: “Hope this is a sign to anyone that needs it... Small steps are still very much an achievement - here’s to not putting pressure on ourselves.”
It comes as the Pretty Little Things creative director has just begun rennovating her new “dream home”.
The model and her boxer boyfriend Tommy Fury, also 22, recently splashed out around four million on a six-bedroom house in Cheshire.
They finally found their dream home years after searching.
Fans will get a front row seat as Hague is set to share every step of the transformation on Instagram via her new Molly Maison account.
The couple had been devastated when they were victims of an £800,000 burglary at their luxury Manchester flat while they partied the night away in London.
