Molly-Mae Hague has opened up about the 'horrendous sounding' challenges that come with writing and releasing a book.
Speaking ahead of picking up the keys to her new house last week, the former Love Island star revealed she was currently recording for the audio version of her forthcoming book, Becoming Molly-Mae: My Story.
The Instagram influencer, 22, announced her plans to publish a memoir earlier this year - promising to detail some of her personal and private experiences with her fans.
Ahead of the book's release in June, Molly-Mae has been wrapping up a few final things prior to her debut publication.
"So obviously I have my book coming out and I'm on my way now to record the last day of audio, for people who want to listen to the audio book version," she told her YouTube fans in her latest vlog on Wednesday.
"Which has actually been a massive challenge - it's been a lot harder than I thought it would be to record this audio.
"It's taken me like three days to read the book - we aim for 15 pages an hour! 15 pages an hour!!"
The influencer-turned-author continued: "That sounds actually horrendous but that's how long it takes to get every single word perfect - it's a really, really hard thing but I've enjoyed it.
"It's been a good little challenge."
Set to be published by literary giants Penguin, Becoming Molly-Mae aims to tell the story of how the reality TV star " nurtured her creativity from a young age, took ownership of her body image, battle self-doubt and built a happy life."
A teaser for the yet-to-be released memoir reads: "Along the way she shares the moments, relationships and life lessons that have made her who she is.
"From the energetic child who loved Irish dancing and pageants, to the teenager holding down a job at Boots whilst building her dreams at fashion school, her journey to Love Island and how she copes with fame today."
Announcing her book deal in February, Molly-Mae gushed about her future book, saying: "It is literally, this is my baby, we have honestly put so many months of work into this book you have no idea and it's been such a journey and such an adventure, venturing into this whole new world of writing a book, it is something that I have always, always wanted to do.
"It has been a massive dream of mine. You guys obviously know that I am a massive over sharer but in this book I share oversharing to a whole new extreme."
In addition to reading her book aloud, Molly-Mae recently picked up the keys to her dream home with boyfriend Tommy Fury, after being approved for a mortgage on a £4million mansion located in an affluent area in Cheshire.
The influencer had planned to give her Instagram followers a tour of her previous rented accommodation, prior to moving, but her landlord put a stop to her vlog plans.
"I moved into this specific house because it was so low-key and so private and maybe the next tenant will want something like that and they won’t want anyone to know where they live, or what the house looks likes, so I completely understand," Molly-Mae explained in her latest YouTube vlog
