Brighton star Moises Caicedo has reiterated his desire to join Chelsea this summer, insisting: "I can't say no."
Chelsea have made the 21-year-old their key midfield target this summer, and are willing to spend big to land the young Ecuadorian as the Seagulls slap a £100million price tag on his head.
Standard Sport understands the Blues are confident that fee will drop as they continue talks with Brighton.
Caicedo was also the subject of two rejected bids from Arsenal in January and, with Chelsea now the clear frontrunners for his signature, the midfielder had made clear he wants to move to west London.
"It's a big team, that's true," Caicedo told TC Deportes' journalist Maria Jose Flores.
“A very historic team which I can't say no [to joining] because it's a very big, historic, beautiful team.
"The city as well is beautiful. It's got everything beautiful."

"I know how to handle it. I don't get carried away by emotions. I'm enjoying time with my family for now. There is pressure, but I am calm.
"I am waiting for whatever God decides. He willl know what is best for me."
