A stunning Instagram model has been praised for sharing photos of a "real" bikini body - reminding people they don't need to change their bodies to don a two-piece on the beach.
Sophie Louise Hughes, who champions body positivity in her posts to 26,000 followers, posted snaps of herself in a brand new white bikini with a blue pattern.
In the caption, she wrote: "I don’t know who needs to hear this but you don’t need to lose 6 pounds before your holiday, it’s ok to eat carbs before marbs and you’re bloody beautiful just as you are [sic]."
