During the stream, he said she should face “jail time” for allegations she made against him months earlier. The dispute started in October 2025, when Emily Schunk spoke during a Twitch broadcast about her past relationship with Mizkif. In that stream, she accused him of sexual assault, abuse, stalking, harassment, and controlling behavior. The claims quickly spread across social media and gaming communities.
Mizkif strongly denied those accusations and later filed a lawsuit, arguing that the statements were false and damaged his reputation, career, and finances. On March 4, 2026, Mizkif went live and spoke openly about the emotional toll the situation has taken on him.
