Missing person appeal launched for man not seen for two weeks

A missing person appeal has been launched for a middle aged man that has not been seen in two weeks.

Gerard James has been missing from his home in Dublin 8 since September 22. The 52-year-old is described as being 5 foot 5 inches tall with a slim build.

It is not known what he was last wearing at the time he went missing. A garda spokesman said: "Gardai are seeking assistance from the public in tracing the whereabouts of 52-year-old Gerard James, who is missing from his home in Dublin 8.

"He was last seen on Thursday, 22nd September 2022. Gerard is described as being 5 foot 5 inches tall with a slim build."

She added: "It is not known what Gerard was wearing at the time he went missing."

Anyone with information that can assist Gardaí in locating Gerard is asked to contact Kevin Street Garda Station on 01 666 9400, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
