Police have appealed for help to find a man who went missing from an address in England nearly two months ago. 61-year-old James was last seen at a property on Alexandra Road in Gloucester on Monday, November 14 and is yet to be found.
He was reported missing on November 21 with concern growing for his welfare since. James' disappearance has been described as "out of character," with people close to him "not seeing him for some time".

However, South Wales Police have said that the 61-year-old is believed to be in Cardiff. He is thought to also have links with Gloucester city centre, Bristol and Scotland. James is described as being white, 5ft 7ins tall and of small build. He has short grey hair and a moustache, although he may have grown more facial hair since he went missing.
It is not known what he is wearing, but he often wears a black hat. He is also thought to be travelling on foot.
Police are now appealing for anyone who has seen James or knows any information relating to his whereabouts to call Gloucestershire Constabulary on 101 and quote incident 101 of 21 November. If he is present at the time, people who see him are asked to dial 999.
