Mindy Kaling has revealed just how much work it takes to maintain her impressive weight loss.
The comedy actress, 43, has a whole new lease of life since losing weight and says she's working out constantly to stay in shape.
The mum of two - daughter Katherine Swati, five, and son Spencer Avu, two - says she runs or hikes 20 miles a week and lifts weight to stay in the best shape of her life.
In a new chat as she models swimwear, Mindy admits she's "feeling really confident in my body these days" and loves how easy it is to "get dressed in the morning".
But although Mindy is feeling great, she doesn't like the constant interest in her changing body.
"I know people are really interested in the changes in my body, and I think it's flattering but sometimes it's just a little much, so I try not to tune into it," she tells People.
After internet trolls started cruel rumours that Mindy could have been one of the Hollywood stars using Ozempic jabs to lose weight, she insists she's taken the hard route and has fallen in love with exercise.
"The truth is that I spend so much time and energy trying to be healthy," she said.
"I run or hike 20 miles a week and I lift weights. It's a big commitment for me. I basically live in workout clothes so I can get it in."
Mindy rose to fame for her role as Kelly Kapoor in the NBC sitcom The Office and she also starred and produced the Hulu series The Mindy Project from 2012 to 2017.
For her work on The Office, she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing in a Comedy Series and five times for Outstanding Comedy Series.
Last year Mindy admitted she has "not ruled out romance" and she hopes to find a partner soon.
She told Marie Claire : "If you're a 42-year-old [single] woman with kids, it makes people sad… I'm like, 'There is hope for us. There could be great stories about women, like me, finding love, finding happiness…'
She added: "I can't imagine anyone besides me would write it, so I have to find the time to do that."
