Millwall boss Gary Rowett has revealed it was a tough decision for him to drop Leeds United loanee Charlie Cresswell for their weekend clash against Wigan Athletic.
Captain Shaun Hutchinson was restored to the Lions starting line-up in favour of Cresswell, who had started Millwall's last five fixtures. Millwall went on to draw the game 1-1.

So far this season, the 20-year-old Whites defender has made 16 appearances in all competitions for Rowett's side, contributing four goals and an assist.
The England U21 international has impressed so far during his loan spell at the Den, but the return of Hutchinson, who has recently recovered from an injury could limit his playing time.
And Rowett revealed the decision to drop Cresswell was by no means anything to do with the defender's quality, explaining it was more about starting their captain Hutchinson when it came to the reason for the Leeds youngster's omission from the Millwall starting XI.
"It was a really difficult decision because young Cressy has done really, really well in the games that he has played," explained Rowett.
"Coming back into a different system, it has really suited him. He has done really well. It was a difficult decision, that one.
"Ninety-nine per cent of the other players haven’t got the captain waiting to come back into the team who is such a big player for us over a long period of time.
"There is always that temptation to get Hutchy back in, which is no reflection at all on Cressy as a player. Cressy is a really good player and he’s going to be an absolutely fabulous centre-half. Hopefully he keeps learning and getting better and better."
