Miley Cyrus' parents Billy Ray and Tish have reportedly split for third time as her mum files for divorce.
After nearly three decades together, Tish, 54, has filed in Tennessee.
Documents claim that the couple haven’t lived together for more than two years, according to TMZ.
She has listed “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split, and asked the court to equally distribute all their marital assets.
The split marks the third time that Tish and Billy Ray have called quits on their relationship.
The Achy Breaky Heart singer first filed for divorce in 2010, but changed his mind soon afterwards.
Then in 2013, it was Tish who called it quits on their relationship but the pair reconciled and ordered their lawyers to stand down.
Billy and Tish are parents to five children together.
Their youngest, Noah, is 22 so the divorce (if it happens) will be much cleaner than the two previous attempts as the couple won’t need to come to any custody agreements for their children.
The couple first married in 1993 in a secret ceremony as it was against the advice of Billy Ray's record company.
He went onto adopt Tish's two children from a past relationship - Brandi (born in 1987) and Trace (born in 1989).
Fans began speculating that the pair might have split after Billy Ray was noticeably absent from a family photo she shared on Instagram at Christmas.
She captioned it: "Merry Christmas everyone!! @noahcyrus @mileycyrus @braisonccyrus @tracecyrus @brandicyrus @stellamcyrus."
One fan asked: "Where is bill?"
While another commented: "How sad that Billy Ray isn't included. You guys wouldn't be where you're at if it wasn't for him. Fame & fortunate is the pits. Glad I have my simple but HAPPY life."
