Milan Skriniar sends Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham transfer message as PSG decision revealed

Inter Milan star Milan Skriniar has confirmed that he will join Paris Saint-Germain this month if the two clubs can reach an agreement. The 27-year-old has been heavily linked with moves to Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham on a number of occasions but a switch has never materialised.

The defender, who sees his contract with Nerazzurri expire at the end of the season, has featured 19 times for Simone Inzaghi's side in the Serie A this term, guiding the Italian giants into the top-four. The Slovakia international's impressive displays have continued to court the attention of Europe's biggest clubs and there has been some queue for his signature.

With Skriniar set to be available for a cut-price fee, French outlet FootMercato reports that an English club is looking to rival PSG over a move. The report states that the Parisians are in talks with the Slovakian but an unnamed English club has made a 'sensational entrance' on negotiations.

It's said that the English club has offered more than PSG. But, Skriniar evidently prefers a move to Ligue 1 and is said to have asked the French giants to match the English club's proposal.

Speaking to Slovakian outlet Futbalsfv.sk, as quoted by FCInter1908.it, he announced: "I have signed with PSG, I cannot say any more. I’m waiting for an agreement between the clubs."

Wesley Sneijder believes that the defender's prospective exit is due to a 'a problem of management'. The former Inter midfielder told Stats Perform, as quoted by Yahoo Sports: "This is a problem of management.

"When management is not good it's hard to control all the details. On the pitch it is easier, while off it, it is harder but just as important.

"You cannot let the players say they want to leave, let alone at this very moment. You have to take precautions in time to prevent all this."

But, despite the defender's potential exit, Sneijder has claimed that Inter can manage just fine. He added: "Inter have a great squad and won't suffer from this problem, but there will be others.

"They need someone to take responsibility and say 'enough is enough, now we only talk about playing football and that's it'. I don't know who is responsible for [the Skriniar situation], but someone has to tell the players they are there to play."
