Mike Tyson Drops F-Bomb, Talks About Death in Lighthearted Interview with Kid Reporter: 'Bro Forgot He Was Speaking to a Child'

During an interview with a young reporter for her PG YouTube channel, Mike Tyson used adult language and brought up death, seemingly unaware of his audience.

In anticipation of Friday night's fight with YouTuber and boxer, Jake Paul, Mike Tyson was interviewed by Jazzy's World TV Thursday. Jazlyn Guerra, 14, gained notoriety for her casual, kid-friendly interviews with major celebrities.

The teen has interviewed big names including Jay Z, Kamala Harris, Diddy, and now, Mike Tyson.

When Guerra questioned Tyson about legacy, his answer was surprisingly candid.

@iamjazzysworldtv @Mike Tyson ain't worried about legacy. He is definitely locked in for his battle Nov. 15th with @Jake Paul 🥊😠 What are your thoughts on legacy? ✅ @Most Valuable Promotions . . . . . . . . . . #boxing #jakepaul #miketyson #fight #sports #netflix #fujny #brooklyn #bushwick #brownsville #interview #reporter #legacy #icon #goat #combat #nyc #newyork #fyp #foryoupage ♬ original sound - Jazzy

"After such a successful career, what type of legacy would you like to leave behind when it's all said and done?" Guerra asked.

"I don't believe in the word legacy. I just think that's another word for ego. Legacy doesn't mean nothing. That's just some word everybody grabbed onto...It means absolutely literally nothing to me," Tyson replied.

"I'm just passing through. I'm going to die and it's going to be over. Who cares about a legacy after that?" he continued. "What a big ego. So I'm going to die. I want people to think that, I'm this, I'm great."

"We are dead we're dust. We're absolutely nothing. Our legacy is nothing," he said.

"Well, thank you so much for sharing that. That is something that I have not heard before," Guerra responded tactfully.

Tyson continued with his train of thought. "Can you really imagine somebody say, I want my legacy to be this way when I get dead?" he asked Guerra without pausing for a reply.

"Who the f--- cares about me when I'm gone?" Tyson mused as Guerra appeared to consider Tyson's point and nod supportively before wrapping up the interview.

"That's true. And again, thank you so much for sharing that," she concluded.

Commenters weighed in, wondering if perhaps someone should have reminded Tyson of his audience.

Many joked about the dark, seemingly unfiltered content of his reply.

Others commented on the awkward escalation of his train-of-thought, regardless of Guerra's age.

Those familiar with Tyson's history, including Guerra, were less surprised that his "Iron Mike" persona came out so close to his fight.

Despite Tyson's "unhinged" response, Guerra was praised for her composure.

Netflix coverage of the full fight card featuring Tyson vs. Paul as the main event will begin at 8:00 p.m. ET on Friday, Nov. 15.
