Microsoft launches new Windows 11 Beta channel for next-gen Arm PCs powered by Snapdragon X2 and RTX Spark chips

Microsoft has announced a new Beta channel for Windows 11 version 26H1 devices that will allow the company to split testing between experimental and beta features similarly to how Windows 11 version 25H2 already does. It's the first Beta channel that's fully compatible with Snapdragon X2 and RTX Spark PCs.

For those unaware, up until now, the Windows 11 Beta channel has only been available for PCs running Windows 11 version 25H2. Devices running Windows 11 version 26H1 have only been able to opt into the Windows Insider Experimental Channel, as no Beta channel existed for the version 26H1 release.
