Michigan State football hit a homerun when it landed a hometown recruit in running back Jace Clarizio. The high 3-star commit from East Lansing High School has been committed to the Spartans since early May.
Things have gotten dicey with Clarizio and the Spartans in recent weeks, when Alabama offered the hometown prospect, and got an official visit from the running back.
While the Crimson Tide are pursuing the Spartans commit, MSU is fighting back. Michigan State will be hosting Clarizio on a weekend long visit this upcoming weekend, looking to combat the efforts made by Alabama.
Michigan State will continue to hold off pressure from Alabama.
