For both sessions, Obama wore a green-and-white striped halter dress by Carolina Herrera, pulled from the house's Pre-Fall 2026 collection under creative director Wes Gordon. The dress is built around a halter neckline that frames the shoulders and collarbone, with the strap secured behind the head by a hook closure. The bodice carries the stripe pattern in a cross-chest, horizontal direction, while a solid green band cinches the waist before releasing into a voluminous, pleated A-line skirt. Obama styled the dress without the contrasting belt shown in Carolina Herrera's original lookbook for the piece, letting the stripes run uninterrupted through the bodice and skirt. She completed the look with Jimmy Choo Elsy sandals.
