Michael Sheen to present findings of BBC documentary to MPs

Actor Michael Sheen is set to give evidence to the Welsh Affairs Committee following his involvement in a BBC documentary on toxic contamination across Wales.
Sheen will appear alongside investigative journalists Lucy Taylor and Dan Ashby to present the findings of the series Buried with Michael Sheen .
The documentary detailed allegations from late whistleblower Douglas Gowan regarding thousands of tonnes of toxic industrial chemicals deposited in Wales and north-west England.
The presenters will discuss potential policy and legislative changes with MPs to support communities living near former industrial sites.
Sheen called for greater international accountability for corporate polluters to prevent the burden of contamination from falling on local communities.
