A Mexican man accused of having ties with the Sinaloa Cartel has been extradited to the U.S. to face meth-smuggling charges, according to a new report.
Concretely, Marco Antonio Lopez-Guerrero is set to face charges in California. He stands accused of trafficking the drugs from Mexicali, in Baja California, for years. He would then supervise its distribution in cities like San Diego and San Bernardino, Infobae added.
