A Mexican man was detained while attempting to smuggle hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of meth into the U.S. inside a cooler, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) informed.
The agency noted that the incident took place on August 31, when an officer directed the man's car to a secondary inspection at a port of entry in Eagle Pass.
