Met Police will use Thames to keep Al Quds protesters and anti-Iranian demonstrators apart

The Thames will be used as a physical barrier to keep rival protesters apart during an Al Quds Day rally in London this weekend.

The Met police is using the unprecedented tactic as it expects as many as 12,000 people to take part in the rally and counter-protests on Sunday.
