The Met Office and Government health bosses are warning all regions of England over "severe winter weather" this week.
A Level 2 cold weather alert, which means people should be "alert and ready", is in place from 6pm on Sunday, February 5, to 6pm on Tuesday, February 7.
The Met Office said there is "60% probability of severe cold weather", and that this could "increase the health risks to vulnerable patients and disrupt the delivery of services".

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) is encouraging people to "stay warm and look out for those most at risk from the effects of cold weather".
A Met Office forecast states: "Long clear spells overnight [on Sunday] will allow temperatures to fall below freezing, with a widespread frost developing across England. Temperatures likely recovering during the day to near average for the time of year, but fall quickly into the evenings.
"Remaining dry throughout. There is low confidence currently regarding the longevity of the cold conditions from Tuesday. Cold nights and possible frost still possible across the south, with cloudier conditions becoming more likely across northern areas."
The warning includes all areas of England, though Liverpool is predicted to fare slightly better than other parts of the country. It is forecast to stay largely dry on Sunday, with lows of 4C that feel more like 2C.
Overnight, however, it is likely to feel more like -1C, through into Monday morning. Similarly, Monday and Tuesday are likely to stay dry, with colder temperatures overnight.
