The incident happened in the Main Centre car park on Finglas Main Street around 3pm on Wednesday afternoon. Footage seen by Dublin Live appears to show at least two groups chasing and attacking each other outside the local EBS branch.
One man could be seen swinging at another man with what appears to be a sharp axe, while another man was chased by a man wielding a knife. Towards the end of the video, the men eventually fled the scene.
