Spice Girl Melanie C, singer Ellie Goulding and last year's Strictly Come Dancing pairing of John Whaite and Johannes Radebe were some of the big names to scoop gongs at this year's Attitude Awards.
The annual event, which aims to celebrate figures within the LGBTQ+ community and raise money or the Attitude Magazine Foundation was held at London's Roundhouse on Wednesday night and hosted by American singer Michelle Visage.
After Rylan Clark presented her with the Honorary Gay Award, 48-year-old Mel wowed the audience with renditions of Spice Girls' 'Who Do You Think You Are?' and her solo classic 'I Turn To You'.
Mel performed with drag collective Sink The Pink, who themselves won the Community Award.
Ellie, meanwhile, took to the stage to perform a medley consisting of her 2015 hit 'Love Me Like You Do' from 50 Shades Of Grey, and a new track titled 'Let It Die'.
Earlier in the evening the star had collected the Ally Award from radio presenter Adele Roberts.
Strictly runners-up John Whaite and Johannes Radebe, who made history last year as the show's first gay couple were then presented with the Gamechanger Award by Steps' singer Ian 'H' Watkins.
Elsewhere, drama series Heartstopper scooped the Television Award presented by comedian Rosie Jones, whilst Skunk Anansie frontwoman 'Skin' was presented with the Icon Award by Dame Kelly Holmes.
There were also wins for TV judge Rob Rinder, weatherman Owain Wyn Evans, and Man of the Year Josh Cavallo, who became Australia’s first openly gay top tier professional footballer last October.
Speaking at the ceremony, Darren Styles, publisher of Attitude magazine, said: "The world’s biggest LGBTQ media brand returns to celebrate just some of the LGBTQ+ biggest names from film, TV, music, theatre, the arts and beyond with the Virgin Atlantic Attitude Awards, powered by Jaguar.
"Adding extra special pizzazz to an already sensational event, we are pleased to also welcome Cat Burns, Ellie Goulding, Sink The Pink with Melanie C and Lady Blackbird to the stage for a show unlike any other in the UK awards calendar."
