Meghan Trainor looked almost unrecognisable as she continued to show off the results of her recent weight loss at the Baby2Baby Gala in Los Angeles.

The star-studded bash, held at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood on Saturday night, raises money to provide children living in poverty with essentials such as nappies, clothing and hygiene products. Guests included Kim Kardashian, Jessica Alba and Olivia Wilde.
