Meghan Markle is reportedly being "needier than usual" towards Prince Harry at the moment as she is rumoured to be taking a "step away" from the couple's joint Sussex brand to work on solo projects.
The Duke and Duchess stepped down from their roles as working members of the Royal Family in 2020 and took on new ventures away from the Firm as their new found freedom also left them financially independent.
Everything seemed to be going well for the couple who released their highly successful bombshell Netflix docuseries last year which was followed by Harry's tell-all memoir Spare in January, the Mirror reports.
However, last month they suffered a huge blow to their brand after their £20m Spotify contract was terminated and it was speculated that their $98m Netflix deal was also left "hanging in the balance" as a result.
However now it seems the couple are determined on "remaining united" as they take on separate passion projects with Meghan left feeling more needy, a source claims.
The source told Heat Magazine that Prince Harry is allegedly feeling "so restless these days", which has left Meghan "nervous" and "needier than usual".
The source added that Meghan is realising their careers are "on different paths" and has told Harry that they need to "remain united".
The Duchess apparently wants her and the Duke to be "together as much as possible" in both social and work situations as they go forward with their projects.
Elsewhere in the article, it was reported that Meghan is keeping Harry close, with the source continuing: "She's barely let Harry out of her sight recently, tagging along to as many of his appointments as he'll let her, and organising trips, date nights, meditation sessions and get-togethers that involves both of them."
They went on: "She doesn't want Harry to leave her side at the moment."
Referring to reports that the couple are parting ways in a business sense, the source said: "Meghan reluctantly accepts they need to shift gears and work on solo as well as joint initiatives."
But they later added: "She wants everyone to know - including Harry - that nothing will tear them apart."
This comes as reports circulate that Meghan has Harry's full support as she takes a "step away" from their joint brand to work on solo projects following the collapse of their Spotify deal.
In her first step towards a successful solo career, Meghan is said to have signed a deal with renowned Hollywood talent agency William Morris Endeavour, which has represented multiple huge stars including the likes of Dwayne Johnson, Adele and tennis player Serena Williams.
