Meghan Markle Said 'You've Embarrassed Me!' After Kate Middleton Stylist Mix-Up, Designer Claims

Meghan Markle allegedly told fashion designer Roland Mouret, 'You don't realise what you've done! You've embarrassed me!' after a member of his team contacted Kate Middleton's stylist about dresses sent to Meghan. The claim comes from an excerpt of Mouret's memoir published by The Times on 16 October, and describes a private disagreement that has not been independently confirmed.

Mouret writes that he first met Meghan in 2015 at the opening of Soho House in Istanbul. They kept in touch, he says, and after she began dating Prince Harry in 2016, he offered to send her clothes for upcoming engagements. The account centres on how the clothes were handled, rather than on any direct exchange between Meghan and Kate.
