Meghan Markle has arrived with her husband Prince Harry for the funeral of the Queen at Westminster Abbey. The Duchess of Sussex arrived by car while the Duke of Sussex walked in the procession behind the coffin of his grandmother.
In keeping with royal tradition, Meghan was dressed all in black and had a netted veil over her face. When the coffin arrives at the abbey, she will walk behind the coffin with her in-law.
It's the first time she has attended a royal or state funeral, after missing Prince Philip's send off in 2021 as she was pregnant with the couple's second child, Lilibet, the Mirror reports. Meghan has previously spoken warmly of her relationship with the Queen, saying her husband's grandmother was always lovely to her.
