Meet Niv Agaram, the Indian-origin woman who made JD Vance concede that his rhetoric against H-1B, calling them 'indentured servants' was imperfect

Nivriti Agaram, a graduate of George Washington University, told Vice President JD Vance that her first vote after she became a US citizen was for Trump-Vance. At a CBS News Town Hall, Niv Agaram told Vance that she voted for him because of border safety, drugs and trafficking issues, and not because she thought immigrants actually take away jobs from Americans. "After seeing ICE behave like military police and then you recently called H-1B visa workers foreign indentured servants -- I think Americans are anything but safe," Niv said, asking why the administration was "scapegoating" immigrants for the issues the government should be solving.
