McDonald's has shaken up its menu - and fans have hailed the return of some old favourites that will be available to get your hands on from today, Wednesday March 29.
The fast food giant has brought back the Chicken Big Mac, after the burger was a sell-out success last year with stock lasting for just 10 days. A twist on the classic Big Mac, the triple layered bun comes with two crispy chicken breast patties, cheese, lettuce, pickles and signature Big Mac sauce.
But the popular burger isn't the only former favourite making a comeback - Mozzarella Dippers are also back on the menu paired with salsa dip. And over on the breakfast menu, the Mighty McMuffin has also made a triumphant return; a toasted English muffin packed with a pork sausage patty, two slices of bacon, egg and cheese with ketchup or brown sauce.

That's not all - on the desserts side, both the Cadbury Creme Egg McFlurry and the Cadbury Caramel Egg McFlurry are also back, just in time for Easter. And there's even a brand new addition to the McDonald's menu in the form of the Steakhouse Stack, consisting of two beef patties, cheese, crispy onions, red onions and lettuce topped with peppercorn sauce in a toasted bun.
McDonald's took to social media to share the news and fans were quick to share their joy at the return of their old favourites, dubbing it the "best news ever". But anyone hoping to enjoy the new additions to the menu will have to be quick - McDonald's has confirmed that they will be available for a limited time only.
For anyone missing McDonald's Monopoly, a new promotion has also been introduced as of March 29 which gives diners the chance to win prizes including menu favourites, official merchandise or even £10,000 in cash. Winning Sips sees stickers included on medium and large soft drinks - simply peel off your sticker to see if you've won or head to the McDonald's app for a chance to play.
Thomas O'Neill, head of marketing at McDonald's UK and Ireland, said of the menu changes: "We are excited to bring the Chicken Big Mac back to the UK and Ireland - it sold out in under a week last year so we know so many people will be as delighted as we are that it’s returning this spring. The Steakhouse Stack is another fantastic development from our menu team, the taste of steak and peppercorn sauce captured perfectly in this newest addition to our menu – delicious!"
