Maya, 27, reportedly got engaged to the basketball star in the States over Christmas, and has since been pictured sporting a huge diamond engagement ring.
The Bristol beauty is yet to confirm the news, but her Instagram post suggests the pair are as loved-up as ever.

Maya shared a sweet couple selfie with her 2.4million followers today (Thursday, January 20), posing in a blue playsuit as she cuddled up to the basketball star.
The pair reportedly got engaged in Simmons' New Jersey mansion in December, where she is rumoured to be relocating following the proposal.
It is unknown how long the couple have been official for, but they were first romantically linked in June 2021, after they were seen out at Sexy Fish, a swanky Asian restaurant in London.
The couple first went public when they were photographed kissing in the stands at Wimbledon in front of the world's media.
Maya started dating Ben following her split from Stormzy in 2019.
It comes as she lands another top TV job after hosting ITV's Walk The Line.
Maya will be one of the presenters at the Brit Awards 2022 after Jack Whitehall stepped down.
