Maya Jama confirms engagement by showing off Valentine's Day gift from fiancé Ben Simmons

Maya Jama Ben Simmons

Instagram was full of celebrity couples posting their extravagant Valentine's gifts to and from their partners yesterday (February 14), and Bristol's Maya Jama was no exception.

Much speculation has been swirling around the TV presenter's relationship. In December, she flew out to New Jersey to spend Christmas with NBA star Ben Simmons, and returned with a sizeable diamond ring on her finger.

After dodging conversation about the ring at the BRITs last week with Mo Gilligan and keeping her relationship generally quite private, Maya has confirmed her engagement on Instagram, and the date she said 'Yes'.
