Max's new Spanish Original series 'When Nobody Sees Us' has grabbed the attention of audiences with its star-studded cast and captivating storyline. The series, based on Sergio Sarria's novel of the same name, has assembled an impressive ensemble, including Maribel Verdú, Mariela Garriga, Austin Amelio, Ben Temple, and Dani Rovira.
Set in the enchanting backdrop of Morón de la Frontera during Holy Week in southern Spain, the series follows Lucía Gutiérrez (played by Maribel Verdú), a seargant in the Civil Guard, as she investigates the mysterious death of a neighbor that appears to be suicide. Lucía also suspects a connection between the strange occurrences happening during the first Easter procession. On the other hand, Mariela Garriga portrays Magaly Castillo, a special agent assigned to a nearby U.S. Army base to investigate the disappearance of an American soldier. Together, they uncover a surprising link between the two cases, involving both local residents and American military personnel.
