ITV have added further fuel to the fire that a feud has developed between Matt Hancock and his fellow I'm A Celebrity campmates.
Last night's reunion special showed the MP's exit from camp after viewers voted him into third place.
But there was a difference between the reception that awaited him compared to the rest of the celebs, or so it was suggested by the editing work on the show, writes the Mirror.
After he was told he had been booted from the jungle, Hancock was reunited with girlfriend Gina Coladangelo on the famous bridge out of camp, before he made his way back to the JW Marriott hotel.
The 44-year-old could then be seen posing for a slew of selfies outside the Gold Coast hotel, but his welcome back from his former campmates wasn't screened - prompting some fans to wonder if that was because there hadn't been one.
Other happy reunions between the new pals were shown after the cast and their families became a close-knit group during their three-week stint in Australia.
Chris Moyles was even filmed popping in with some ice cold beers for Mike Tindall when he got to his room in the luxury hotel.
But the former health secretary wasn't filmed going into the hotel to a waiting crowd and his journey back to real life focused on the controversial campmate catching up with girlfriend Gina.
Taking to Twitter, one viewer asked: "Reckon they skipped Matt's welcoming to the hotel bc no one turned up…?"
A second added: "Not them skipping Matt's hello to everyone at the hotel,” as a third wrote: “Crying cause there was no welcome for Matt."
Another asked: "Did no one say hi to Matt at the hotel then?” as a fellow viewer added: “The way they cut Matt entering the lobby."
Last night's homecoming show comes amid swirling rumours of a feud among this year’s line-up of celebrities, particularly given that a number of stars have failed to follow the West Suffolk MP on social media.
The MP is only followed by five of his former campmates but is yet to count Queen of the Jungle Jill Scott, singer Boy George, Loose Women star Charlene White, DJ Chris Moyles, and presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly as part of his Twitter media audience.
Yesterday, Piers Morgan revealed that he confronted Matt Hancock when he landed back in the UK yesterday following his stint in the jungle. The journalist took to Twitter to tell his followers that he had an "awkward" encounter with the disgraced MP at Heathrow Airport.
Piers, who has criticised Mr Hancock's decision to appear on the ITV show, told his followers about the exact conversation they had and how the 57-year-old told the MP that he would have given him "a kicking" had he been in camp with him.
Piers tweeted: "Just bumped into Matt Hancock at Heathrow. I told him I’d been giving him a good kicking the entire time he was in the jungle." Piers then added: "He said he knew. It was the purest personification of #Awks."
