Marvel has confirmed the Punisher's future in the MCU after Daredevil: Born Again. The character will be getting a Werewolf By Night style special, according to Entertainment Weekly. Jon Bernthal will return as Frank Castle and co-write the special with We Own This City director Reinaldo Marcus Green.
"It's like a shotgun blast of a story, but also has all the pathos and emotion that you want out of a Frank Castle story," Marvel's head of television Brad Winderbaum told EW. "It's so exciting."
