A Martin Lewis fan has just saved himself more than £900 on his summer holiday by using a tip from the Money Saving Expert founder.
The holidaymaker, known only as Paul, wrote in to MSE to share his success. He saved a huge £926 with a rebooking tip.
In the latest instalment of the MSE newsletter, a weekly email full of money-saving tips and tricks, that is sent to subscribers, Mr Lewis shared Paul's big saving after Paul had written in.

He said: "On Martin's ITV show, someone messaged about saving on car hire by cancelling then rebooking. We did similar. In January, we booked for our three-week summer holiday, then discovered the price had dropped dramatically.
"We had free cancellation, so we did that then rebooked, saving £742. A couple of weeks later the price dropped further, so we did it again, saving a further £184, a total saving of £926".
MSE says: "Car hire prices have sky-rocketed since 2019 and have remained high as an aftershock of the coronavirus pandemic. Yet it's still possible to keep hire costs down by booking early so DON'T leave it till you get there." You can read the full article here
