One fan of Money Saving Expert and Martin Lewis has revealed that he claimed back £4,780 by simply paying with a credit card.
The man, who is known only by Chris, was left thousands out of pocket after the collapse of funeral provider Safe Hands, but thankfully, by using Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act he was able to recover a small fortune.
The section states that your card provider is jointly responsible for helping you to recover money on purchases between £100 and £30,000 - so you don't have to go it alone.
