A Birmingham tech firm has acquired a Yorkshire rival, expanding its range of field services.
Marston Holdings, which provides technology-enabled products, has bought out Sheffield outfit Grosvenor Services Group which supplies debt collection services to utility companies.
Grosvenor will form part of Engage, which provides services such as capturing photographs and audio recordings and which conducts more than 50,000 visits to people and businesses every month across the UK and Ireland.
