Drama has been bubbling on Married At First Sight UK as rumours circulated about Matt and Whitney cheating on their husband and wife with each other. And on Tuesday, September 27, the truth dramatically came out at a very explosive dinner party.

While tensions were high from previous conflicts, with Thomas clashing with April, the biggest drama was Matt revealing he and Whitney wanted to "explore things" between them. Scenes after the dinner party showed Matt and Whitney sharing a kiss on a bridge and then sharing a bed.

While on the bridge Matt said to Whitney: "Now we are here, I'm just a guy, standing on a bridge talking to a girl." and many viewers found Matt and Whitney cringey.
