The unusual social experiment sees singletons undergo interviews and tests before they are matched by experts and marry a total stranger.
Channel 4 have hired relationship expert Paul C Brunson, sex and relationship therapist Charlene Douglas and psychologist Mel Schilling, to ensure couples are matched together in the best possible way.
Previous couples have found true love, going on to officially marry and create a family. One success story is that of Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling - they have recently welcome their baby girl, Beau Emily Aveling, a year after tying the knot on the show.
The chosen couples will spend time together in a luxury destination as they celebrate their honeymoon before meeting fellow brides and grooms.
In early May, details of how to were apply were posted on Instagram, along with a caption saying: "Married at First Sight UK is back for a fourth series! Are you unlucky in love and ready to be brave?"
