Former Premier League goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer has discussed his view on Newcastle United's Australian youngster Garang Kuol and his 'failed' loan move with Hearts.
The 18-year-old left St. James' Park in January, but has seen just 190 minutes of action since then, having not played a single minute across their previous five matches.
But Schwarzer has highlighted why it could be incredibly difficult for Kuol to adjust to life in Scotland, and how situations at the club aren't ideal for a player of his age.

"It's never easy, right? The jump from the A-League to Scottish Premiership is a big one. You have to think about climate, the weather, that's another big one for Garang to deal with," Schwarzer claimed on the GegenPod Podcast.
"The physicality of it, the strength of it is on another level again and Hearts just lost their manager which never makes it easy. You lose a bit of continuity because a new manager comes in, he's always going to choose experienced players that have been tested and he'll stcik with that.
"It's just a learning curve. He's got to be patient, he's got to try and get whatever he can out of this experience with Hearts and take it into the next season.
"That's the hard thing for a lot of young players, to try and make the most of the current situation. Even if you're not getting gametime, just to be able to learn, how you react to it, how much more effort do you put in?
"Do you go to the video analysis guys and take a look at what you've done, what you should be doing better. A lot of them take the easy route, say 'it's not my fault' and throw their hands up.
"I hope he does the right thing, rolls up his sleeves and digs really deep and just works his socks off and become a better player for it."
