Marcus Rashford believes new Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag's “fresh ideas and fresh tactics” can help him rediscover his best form.
Rashford endured his worst campaign at United last season, scoring just five goals from 32 appearances post-shoulder surgery and losing his England place as a result, with his confidence shot to pieces. But after a week of pre-season training under ten Hag, Rashford, 24, is convinced United's new Dutch boss can be the catalyst for the striker getting back to his very best.
“I think, for me, it's just fresh ideas, fresh tactics and a new personality that's been added to the team,” said Rashford. “I'm looking forward to working with him but also for us to give ourselves time as well to fit into what he wants us to do and to really feel natural doing it.
