Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has insisted that the squad has put last season's disappointments behind them following the start of pre-season training.
A majority of United's players reported back to the club's Carrington training base last Monday and the remainder of the squad, who were on international duty last month, returned at the start of this week. It means that new manager Erik ten Hag now has the opportunity to analyse his whole squad ahead of naming his pool of players that will jet out to Thailand for the pre-season tour on Friday.
Rashford, alongside the likes of fellow countryman Luke Shaw and Jadon Sancho, was back at Carrington last week, meaning he has experienced a full week of life under Ten Hag so far. The Dutchman's arrival in M16 has signalled the beginning of a new era, with United determined to put last season's humiliation behind them.
