Knowing which GP to sign up to, can be a difficult task.
Anyone who is moving to Leeds, or is changing address, may need help decided which doctors they will relay on for all the medical queries and concerns. To help, we have produced an interactive map with the "worst" GP surgeries across the region.
By "worst" we mean those rated "inadequate" by the Care Quality Commission. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. The CQC inspects health providers and gives them one of four overall ratings - outstanding, good, requires improvement, or inadequate.

We have included the date of the inspection so you can see at a glance, how up-to-date they are. A total of 15 GPs surgeries in Yorkshire received the "requires improvement" or "inadequate" rating at their latest inspection, as of February 1, the most recent date available.
Of those, one was in Leeds as an inspection at The North Leeds Medical Practice on October 6, 2021, was conducted. It showed the Harrogate Road surgery "requires improvement".
