MANGALURU: Three persons, including two constables and a rowdy-sheeter, sustained injuries, after an inspector from the Mangaluru city police, opened fire on accused Mohammed Muktar,27, on Sunday morning.
City police commissioner N Shashi Kumar told reporters that the incident took place, when Ullal police station inspector Sandeep and his team had brought Mohammed Muktar, a resident of Bottu, Dharmanagar in Ullal, to Assaigoli between 6.30 am to 6.45 am.
