Manchester United may have to play the long game in their pursuit of Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson.

The 23-year-old midfielder is only in his second season with Forest - he moved south from Newcastle for £15million in July 2024 - but has caught the eye of some top clubs with his performances in the Premier League.
