Erik ten Hag insists Manchester United must try and win every game they play ahead of a pre-season curtain-raiser with Liverpool in Bangkok.
The Dutchman will take charge of his first United game in a sold-out Rajamangala Stadium on Tuesday and it's a familiar foe that awaits them in Thailand.
United landed in Bangkok on Saturday and will compete for the Century Cup against Jurgen Klopp's side, who jetted in a day later.

Given the humid conditions and the fact it's the first friendly of the summer wholesale changes are likely during the game, but Ten Hag still wants his side to emerge from the fixture with a win.
"Playing against Liverpool is always exciting, it's a big game, we are looking forward and it's a really good test for us," he said.
"The standard of Manchester United is to win every game so we will start with that in mind and be determined and we are happy to play this game in Bangkok for many, many fans."
The United squad returned to pre-season two weeks ago, although those involved with internationals in June only reported back last Monday.
Ten Hag is already having an impact on the training ground and players are enjoying his sessions, with the 52-year-old keen to use the time to develop a playing style at the club.
"We just started [training], some players only one week, now we have to construct a team and a way of playing, we are really short in pre-season but of course, we have to develop a lot more," he said.
