Andy Cole believes Ralf Rangnick needs to hold talks with Marcus Rashford to address his form for Manchester United.
It has been a tumultuous season at Old Trafford and few players at the club will emerge from the campaign with credit. United's players have struggled and Rashford has been no exception, regularly looking low on confidence when on the pitch.
Rashford was forced to miss the start of the season after undergoing an operation, but regardless of his new-found clean bill of health, he's been unable to arrest his poor form at the club. Rashford has scored just five goals across all competitions this term.

Rashford received a fresh blow on Saturday evening when being named on the bench against Leicester. Rangnick decided to play without a centre-forward instead of starting Rashford and that decision would have undoubtedly stung the player.
Rashford's latest snub was a point of discussion on Sunday and Cole was asked how United can address the problem.
"I think it's a strange one," Cole told Sky Sports.
"I saw yesterday that the manager has come out and said he's trained well in the last couple of weeks but that it was a straight decision between him and Paul Pogba. If Pogba and Marcus can't get into that United team, United do have problems.
"We all go through a lack of confidence when it comes to football but the only way to get it back is to play games.
"I can't speak for him, but from the outside looking in, Marcus' form has been very up and down. At this stage, he needs an arm around the shoulder, someone needs to sit down, talk to him and find out exactly what's going on.
"There's no way you can get in the team at the age he did and all of sudden that talent disappears - confidence is a big thing."
