Manchester United fans vote on their player ratings for the season so far

It's been an eventful season so far for Manchester United. That's for sure.

Erik ten Hag has actually enjoyed a promising start to his reign in charge at Old Trafford on the pitch. Though it began with two successive disasters with defeats to Brighton and Brentford, steady progress has been made since which has only been disrupted by the humiliating loss to Manchester City and a shock defeat to Aston Villa.

Otherwise United are clearly heading in the right direction under their new manager and there has been plenty of optimism. They currently sit fifth in the table with a game in hand on the two teams ahead of them, are still in the domestic cups and take are through to the knockout stages of the Europa League.

There has been more drama off the pitch with the vast majority being caused by Cristiano Ronaldo. The straw that finally broke the camel's back was his explosive interview with Piers Morgan in which he said he didn't respect Ten Hag. That has led to the Portuguese's contract being terminated by mutual consent.

However, readers can still let us know how you rated Ronaldo's performances in the first half of the season. Since domestic football has paused for the World Cup, MEN Sport are asked you to cast your ratings for every United player so far this season in the widget below.

Some players have certainly impressed more than others. New signings Lisandro Martinez, Christian Eriksen and Casemiro have all been revelations, while Alejandro Garnacho has broken into the first team, Marcus Rashford has found his scoring boots again and Anthony Martial has looked bright when fit.

Harry Maguire has continued to struggle, however, while David de Gea has been suspect in goal and Luke Shaw has remained inconsistent. But how do you think the players have done? Let us know below and the results will be published later this week.
