Manchester United have reportedly been alerted to the availability of Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.
United's current situation in goal is an interesting one. At present, David de Gea is out of contract at the end of the season and will be leaving the club if a new deal is not sorted.
Erik ten Hag has already made it clear that he wants De Gea to remain at United beyond this campaign but in what capacity it remains to be seen. Dean Henderson is also expected back at Carrington following his loan spell at Nottingham Forest but following his comments earlier in the season, his time at Old Trafford might be limited.

According to the Daily Mail, Pickford is not convinced about staying on Merseyside beyond 2024. Frank Lampard's team are struggling for the second consecutive season and are under real threat of relegation.
It is claimed that this has been alerted to United who are weighing up a move for the 'keeper. Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are also said to be keeping an eye on how this develops.
Elsewhere, reports from ESPN are suggesting that Joao Felix is not the only Atletico Madrid striker United are looking at. It is reported that the Reds would be interested in a loan approach for Alvaro Morata should the La Liga club be open to temporary deals.
Ten Hag is on the lookout for a striker in January as he looks to bolster his options in the forward line. Cristiano Ronaldo departed the Theatre of Dreams in November after his controversial Piers Morgan interview and since then there has been a lack of cover for Anthony Martial who is currently the only out-and-out centre forward at Old Trafford.
